Rob Lass

Rob Lass, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Education at Small Business Consulting Corporation since March 2021, directing educational programs focused on leadership and organizational growth while teaching a diverse array of subjects including ethics, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Previously, Rob has held roles as a Course Instructor and Mentor at C2 Technologies, and the Director of Education at Louisiana Tech University's Research Institute, where educational programs in advanced military technologies were developed. Notably, Rob had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, culminating in leadership positions including Vice Commandant at the USAF Squadron Officer College and Dean of Resident Programs at the USAF Air Command & Staff College, where methodologies for professional development were advanced.
