Catherine Woolley

Catherine Woolley has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Catherine started in 2014 as an Assistant Sales and Operations at de GRISOGONO and worked there until 2016. Catherine then joined Namely in 2016 as an Office Coordinator. In 2017, they transitioned to Boxed and worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate until 2018. At Boxed, they also held the position of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they moved to Misfits Market as a Talent & People Ops Manager and worked there until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Our Place. Currently, they are employed at Smallhold as a People and Culture Manager since June 2023.

Catherine Woolley started their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The City College of New York from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they attended the University of Strasbourg from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued French Language and Literature and obtained a CEFR B2 certification. Finally, Catherine attended ECS (European Communication School) from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Communication and Media degree, specializing in Communication and Media Studies.
