About the role

We’re looking for a high energy, dynamic and passionate Account Executive (AE) that will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by identifying and cultivating strategic business relationships. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored technology solutions. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication, and a deep understanding of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify Inbound Leads: Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for our ideal customer profile.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification through to closing deals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective customer organizations.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical needs and business challenges, positioning our software solutions effectively.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of highly technical audiences, showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations that address the specific needs and pain points of potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to align on strategies and initiatives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on your interactions with prospects and customers, helping to shape future product developments and marketing strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

About you:

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales (SaaS), showing a deep understanding of the software sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • You are tech savvy: You have a strong technical background and proven ability to engage with and sell to highly technical audiences, including software developers, engineers, and product managers. Your ability to speak their language and understand their needs sets you apart.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Any additional languages (French, German, …)  are a big plus.
  • Proactive and driven mindset: you are a proactive self-starter who is always looking for new opportunities and ways to improve. Your drive to win and achieve results is unmatched.
  • Creative problem Solver: You bring creativity to your sales approach, thinking outside the box to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • You have a curious and result oriented approach, with a strong desire to win and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have the ability to communicate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders at the same time, understanding our customers’ business and technical challenges and goals and being able to see the bigger picture.
  • You’re a CRM maestro/a exhibiting hands-on experience using CRM systems, showcasing a commitment to maintaining accurate and detailed records that serve as the backbone of our customer-centric approach.

Our salary

Barcelona: 70K OTE

This salary range is based on the experience that we're looking for, please take this into account when applying that we cannot exceed this salary.
