Iva Marinković

Iva Marinković has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Iva most recently worked at Smallpdf as a Senior Employer Branding Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Poslovna savršenost as the Head Of Marketing and Employer Branding Specialist, where they focused on brand strategy and improving promotional efforts. Iva also worked as a Copywriting Lecturer at Poslovna savršenost.

Before that, Iva worked at Semis Capital SPC as the Head Of Marketing and at Easy2know as the Head Of Marketing, where they led teams and helped guide brands towards success and profit through data-driven business decisions.

Iva also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Spirit of Youth, NGO. In this role, they developed a brand identity and communication strategy while mentoring and guiding a team.

Iva has also worked at Toster Agency as a Co-owner, Client Service, and Copywriter, and at Trumpet d.o.o. as the Head of Digital and a Copywriter. In these roles, they managed digital projects and developed creative strategies and messaging for clients.

Additionally, Iva worked as a Lecturer at Obuke i kursevi and started their career at Executive Group as a Junior Copywriter and Copywriter Intern. Iva gained valuable experience in generating ideas and implementing creative concepts for PR, marketing, and digital campaigns.

Iva also worked as a Community Manager at Modna Ordinacija "Dr Stil", where they managed online communities.

Throughout their work experience, Iva has demonstrated a strong focus on employer branding, marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing.

Iva Marinković attended the Faculty for Media and Communications from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their Graduate degree in Communications. In addition to their formal education, Iva Marinković also obtained a Certificate in Employer Brand Leadership from the Employer Branding College in February 2023.
