Jaroslav Filak

Jaroslav Filak has a diverse work experience. Jaroslav started their career as an intern at Siemens Energy in the Business Excellence Department in 2014. Jaroslav then went on to intern at Globalteam, Inc as a consulting intern in 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Deutsche Telekom, initially as a consulting intern, then as a business analyst, and later as a consultant in the in-house consulting division. In 2019, they briefly joined WorkBoard Inc. In 2020, they joined Humantica as a consultant, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they are working at Smallpdf in the Strategy and M&A role, starting in September 2022.

Jaroslav Filak completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Process Management from Brno University of Technology from 2012 to 2015. Jaroslav then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Business and Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück from 2015 to 2017. In 2014, they attended Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University for International Business studies. Jaroslav also obtained additional certifications including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2019, Certified OKR Coach from Certified OKR Coaches, sponsored by WorkBoard in February 2019, and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
