Wouter Van Berlamont has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Wouter began their career as a Vertegenwoordiger at VITASPORT, where they were responsible for sales of sports articles in the B2B market. Wouter then moved to Össur in 2004, where they were a Productspecialist Medisch Materiaal, selling orthopaedic equipment and external prostheses for lower limbs, as well as providing marketing support. In 2007, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux at Ortho-medico, where they led a team of 5 people and sought out new suppliers. From 2009 to 2019, Wouter worked at Allergan as the National Sales and Marketing Manager Medical Devices Benelux, managing and coaching a team of 6 people. In 2019, they became the Head of Commercial B2B at Alides, where they developed and implemented sales structures, K-account management, and marketing strategies. In 2021, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Director at DB&S Machines, where they increased commercial excellence by improving sales and marketing alignment and launching new products. Finally, in 2022, Wouter began working as the Sales and Marketing Manager at PROMEDIONICS - ORTHOPHYSICS, where they manage recruiting and hiring, supervises and manages account managers, and trains and coaches in solution selling.

Wouter Van Berlamont has a diverse educational background. Wouter began their studies in 1996 at Katholieke Hogeschool Brussel, where they earned a degree in Regent Lichamelijke Opvoeding. In 2007, they continued their studies at Ehsal Management School Brussels, where they studied The Essence of Sales and Marketing Management. In 2014, they attended Duke Corporate Education. Currently, they are enrolled in a Mini MBA program, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
