Renée-Claude Frigon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Renée-Claude is currently the Chief People Officer at Smardt Chiller Group since 2023. Renée-Claude Frigon, MBA, CRHA completed their education in a chronological order. Renée-Claude first attended Université de Montréal from 1989 to 1990, where they pursued a Minor in Psychology. Following that, from 1990 to 1993, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations from the same institution. Later on, they attended HEC Montréal from 1998 to 2001, where they completed an MBA with a focus on International Commerce and Gestion internationale (International Management).
