Artem Kuskis

Artem Kuskis has extensive work experience in various software engineering roles. Artem started their career at NP "RIF" in 2008, where they worked as a Software Engineer on hydro-acoustics projects. Artem then joined OROLIA in 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer, working on multiple projects in different domains.

In 2019, Artem joined Luxoft as a Senior Software Developer and later became a Software Engineer Team Lead. During their time at Luxoft, they worked as an external consultant for a large American hedge fund, developing data on-boarding modules and enhancing the internal data warehouse infrastructure. Artem also contributed to documentation improvement and mentored junior colleagues.

Artem then moved to TomTom in 2021, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer. Artem was responsible for the development of libraries for building Vehicle Horizon and worked on partial map updates, new features, and optimizations. Artem used technologies such as C++, conan, protobuf, tracy, and docker.

Currently, Artem is working at Smarkets as a Senior Software Engineer in the Trading department. Their main focus is on developing infrastructure and tools for running strategies on historical data.

Throughout their career, Artem Kuskis has demonstrated strong technical skills and has gained experience in various domains and technologies.

Artem Kuskis pursued their education from 2004 to 2009 at the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree. During their time at the university, their field of study focused on automated systems of information processing and management.
