Tran Thanh Tuan

Tran Thanh Tuan is a software developer with experience in back-end engineering and bioinformatics research. In 2021, they began working as a Software Developer for Smarkets. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Backend Software Engineer for Sea, where they developed a customer relationship management tool using Python and Django, and applied a denormalization model with ElasticSearch to reduce query time and bandwidth usage. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Core Team and Developer & Researcher for BioTuring, where they designed processing pipelines, implemented visualization features, and developed Hera, a tool that helps analyze RNA-seq data.
