Patrice Williams

Patrice Williams has extensive work experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. They began their career in 2004 as an AVP, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KeyBank, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2017, Patrice served as a Strategic HR Business Partner, Division Manager, and Employee Relations specialist at Nationwide. Following this, they held the role of Senior HR Manager/Business Partner at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, Patrice joined FINEOS as a Regional Senior HR Business Partner for North America, and in 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources Business Partners at New Relic, Inc. Currently, Patrice holds the position of Vice President, HR Business Partners at Smarsh since 2024.

Patrice Williams obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Labor Relations from Cleveland State University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, Patrice attended the University of Cincinnati and studied Finance, although no specific degree was achieved.
