Lauren Ryan

Lauren Ryan is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President, Talent Development & HR Business Partners at Trinity Life Sciences since September 2022. Previously, Ryan held key roles at Santander US, including VP, Director, Human Resources Business Partner, and VP, Senior Consultant, Talent Management from December 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, experience at State Street spanned from November 2010 to December 2018, where roles included Employee Community Engagement & Strategic Programs, Talent Development Consultant, and Change Management Consultant. Earlier in the career, Ryan worked at Merck in various capacities, including Global Procurement Sourcing Analyst, as well as positions as a Global Procurement Intern and Transportation Sales Intern at C.H. Robinson. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University in 2007.
