Luke Einsel

Luke Einsel is the founder and CEO of Smart Beverage, a company that specializes in distributing healthy and delicious beverage products to commercial accounts across the Midwest. Prior to starting Smart Beverage, Luke was the CEO of Thirsty Coconut for seven years.

Under Luke's leadership, Thirsty Coconut became an award-winning company that offers smoothies, frozen drinks, and other healthy beverage options to food service programs. In addition to providing great products and customer support, Luke also made it a priority to give back to the community through various programs and initiatives.

For example, Luke helped develop a program that trains inmates in blue collar skills and another that works with college students to teach them business skills. Luke also created opportunities for unskilled employees to thrive within the company.

Thanks to Luke's dedication to investing in the Midwest, Thirsty Coconut has had a positive impact on many underserved markets. Their work has helped bring capital to the region and create long-term investment opportunities for businesses and individuals alike.

Luke Einsel attended Washburn University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
