Carter Kemp

Carter Kemp is the Operations Manager at Smart Business Concepts. Carter has over two years of experience in sales operations and is responsible for managing the CRM tool, billing and invoicing, proposal process and leading any employees assigned to those functions. Carter also leads financial reporting and budgetary forecasting for the sales department.

Previously, Carter worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Twenty20 Solutions, where they developed and led improvements in company analytics and process to drive revenue growth and sales efficiencies. Carter was also responsible for managing the CRM tool, billing and invoicing, proposal process and leading any employees assigned to those functions. In addition, they led financial reporting and budgetary forecasting for the sales department.

Before that, Carter worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at PetroCloud - Oilfield Automation Made Simple. At PetroCloud, they were responsible for shipping pre-configured appliances that would enable customers to have access to their field devices through the web. Carter was also responsible for the 3rd party certification process that ensured that when the PetroCloud appliance was powered up on location, it would automatically communicate with the desired field devices and be instantly accessible to the user using the PetroCloud platform.

Carter Kemp attended the University of Texas and majored in economics. Carter then went on to get their certification from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in business foundations.
