Mihir Paikray

Mihir Paikray has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mihir started their career in 2006 as a Business Data Analyst at Barclays, where they worked until 2009. Mihir then moved to Barclaycard as a Business Performance Analyst in 2009. In 2010, they joined Barclays Corporate Banking as an Operations Design Analyst and worked until 2011.

In 2012, Mihir joined Spire Healthcare as a Research Analyst and worked there until 2014. Mihir then transitioned to Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and worked as an Analytics Specialist from 2014 to 2015.

Mihir returned to Micro Focus in 2015, this time as a Sales Ops Manager. Mihir later became a Senior Manager of Sales Operations in 2017 and held that position until 2022. From November 2022 to April 2023, they served as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Micro Focus.

Currently, Mihir is the Director of Global Sales Operations at Smart Communications, a leading technology company that specializes in customer engagement solutions.

Mihir Paikray completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at SGGSIE&T, Nanded, India from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher School Certificate in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nagrota, India from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Ltd in 2012.
