Hannah Maltby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hannah began their career at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Conference & Events Host from April 2014 to May 2016. Hannah then worked as a Data Analyst at The University of Manchester from June 2015 to June 2016. Hannah moved on to Campus Living Villages UK, where they held various roles including Junior Data Analyst, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Data Controller, and Research Manager from July 2016 to June 2019. Hannah's next position was at Smart DCC, where they started as a Risk and Compliance Officer from June 2019 to February 2022, followed by Internal Auditor from February 2022 to January 2023. Hannah'smost recent role at Smart DCC was Communications and Engagement Manager from January 2023 to July 2023. Currently, Hannah serves as the Head of Culture and Engagement at Smart DCC, starting in July 2023.

Hannah Maltby graduated from The University of Manchester with a BSocSci(Hons) degree in Sociology from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Rugby High School for Girls from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued A levels in Sociology, English Language, and Government & Politics. In addition to their formal education, Hannah has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from TQMI (Brand Vista) in 2021 and 2020 respectively. Hannah also completed the Adult MHFA 2 Day Course from Mental Health First Aid England in 2017.
