Darren Powell

Darren Powell is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in incident and jeopardy management, currently serving as an Incident Manager at Smart DCC since April 2020. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Jeopardy Manager at Smart DCC from November 2016 to April 2020. Darren's military background includes serving as a SPSI at HM Forces from June 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included the maintenance, upgrade, and deployment of over 30 civilian and military CIS assets, as well as acting as IT manager and HR point of contact for more than 40 reserve soldiers. Earlier in their career, Darren worked as a Systems Engineer for the Royal Signals from September 1992 to August 2015. Education was completed at CWRT Sart from 1986 to 1991.
