Steve Thun

Steve Thun has a diverse work experience spanning almost three decades. Steve is currently working at Smart DCC since 2021 as the Head of Engineering Operations, where they are responsible for the operation of Engineering teams and strategic workforce planning. Prior to this, they worked at Capita, Smart DCC from 2015, as a Device Project Manager, assisting in go-live activities and ensuring correct device configurations. From 2012 to 2015, Steve was a Lead Consultant at Engage Consulting, delivering consulting services and managing client relationships. At npower, they held various roles including Technical Support Manager, Meter Operations Manager, and Area Manager Meter Installations, overseeing performance, budgeting, and team management. Steve also worked at Meterplus (npower) as a Technical Support Engineer and at Yorkshire Electricity as a Cable Jointer.
