Sarah Szeflinski is the People Operations Director at Smart Design. Sarah has over ten years of experience in human resources and recruiting. Szeflinski has a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring key design, technology, business development, and account service positions. Sarah is also experienced in developing and managing philanthropy programs and events.

Sarah Szeflinski has a Masters in HRMD from New York University and a BS in Business Management from Binghamton University School of Management. Sarah is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Sarah Szeflinski reports to Davin Stowell, CEO. They are on a team with Edward Laganis - Design Engineering Director, Kelly Clark - Executive Design Director, and Richard Whitehall - Executive Director & Partner.
