Jim McArdle

Jim McArdle is a seasoned sales and growth professional with extensive experience in the technology and utility sectors. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Smart Energy Water, Jim focuses on enhancing digital customer and workforce experiences for energy and utilities companies using AI, ML, and IoT. Prior to this role, Jim spent over 14 years at SAP in various leadership positions, including RVP of Regulated Industries and VP of Sales for Utilities, where significant achievements included delivering substantial revenue growth and leading large teams in various regulated sectors. Jim’s career began at SAP in 1999, following earlier roles at Microsoft and various non-profit organizations. Educated at the University of Scranton and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Jim holds degrees in History and Philosophy.
