Khamla Saysanavong has extensive experience in product support, with a focus on leading teams and providing specialized support. They started their career in 2008 at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they gained experience as an Operations Manager in ITS/Distributed Support Services. In 2014, they joined RR Donnelley as a Product Support Specialist and later transitioned to Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) in 2016, where they became a Lead Product Support Specialist. In 2022, Khamla joined Laika as a Product Support Specialist before moving on to Smart Energy Water, where they currently hold the position of Lead Product Support.
Khamla Saysanavong obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
