Richard N. Phegley

Richard N. Phegley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Smart & Final. Richard has been with the company since August 1996 and previously served as Vice President & Treasurer.

Before joining Smart & Final, Phegley was with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) from January 1979 to December 1995. During their time there, they held positions in Treasury, Finance, and Strategic Planning.

Phegley has a long and successful history in financial leadership roles. Richard's experience will continue to help Smart & Final grow and succeed in the future.
