Orlando Morales has over seven years of professional experience in the Information Technology and Web Development fields. From 2018 to the present, they have been employed as an I.T. Manager, eCommerce Technical Manager/Web Developer, and Systems Administrator with Smart for Life. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Digital Marketing Strategist with Vaca Exclusive, where they developed and managed digital marketing campaigns, designed, developed, and managed online brand and digital assets, and tracked conversion rates. From 2016 to the present, they have been employed as a Web Developer with America Insurance Group, where they plan, designs, develops, creates content, and maintains several public facing and in-house web projects to generate revenue and support sales teams. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an HTML Email Developer Intern with GetQdIn, where they translated mock-up designs into HTML/CSS email templates, wrote clean, easy-to-comprehend code, and served as the point of contact between design and development teams. From 2014 to 2016, they were employed as a Web Development Project Manager with I Build Web Solutions LLC.

Orlando Morales obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Website and Graphic Design from Florida Technical College between 2012 and 2014. Orlando then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Valencia College from 2022 to 2026.
