Eric Polson

Eric Polson has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Eric began their career as a Project Engineer at Watson-Marlow, Inc., where they generated project proposals and worked directly with customers to solve product problems. Eric then moved on to Siemens Industry, Inc., where they held the positions of Fluids Engineer and Manufacturing Project Manager. As Fluids Engineer, they created engineering drawings for fluid systems and oversaw their installation in multiple locations worldwide. As Manufacturing Project Manager, they were responsible for the capital investment plan, project management, and presenting status updates to the executive team. Polson then joined Primetals Technologies USA LLC as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, where they rolled out a lean manufacturing program and provided training. Following that, they worked at Alliance Security, where they served as Director of Business Development and later as Chief Strategy Officer. In these roles, they developed partnerships, created reports and dashboards, and implemented lean and Six Sigma principles. From 2020 to 2021, Polson worked at Power Home Technologies as Chief Strategy Officer, where they produced financial statements, managed improvement projects, and oversaw a corporate merger. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Smart Green Solar, starting in 2021.

Eric Polson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which was earned from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, from 1999 to 2004.
