Shiwei Li

Shiwei Li possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Production Head Chef at Smart Group Ltd since September 2021, while also holding the position of Senior Sous Chef at Moving Venue Caterers since September 2015. Previous roles include Head Chef at Clifton Hotels, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse from February 2018 to October 2019, and Head Chef at Eastwell Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf from May 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, Shiwei Li has experience as a Sous Chef at Tom's Kitchen from June 2012 to September 2015, among other culinary positions.
