Dalia AlaaEldin has worked in the customer service industry since 2015. Dalia began their career at Wasla Outsourcing as a Customer Service Agent in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Smart Medical Services, where they held both the role of Account Manager and Customer Service Agent.

Dalia AlaaEldin attended Cairo University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned an acceptable degree in Law.
