A. Person has been working in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, starting with The F10 Group in 2000. They have since held the position of Founding Director, responsible for recruitment strategy, technology and innovation, and talent attraction strategy. In 2014, they moved to their current company, Smart Recruit Online, where they work as a Product Manager.

Smart Recruit Online is a highly intelligent, multi purpose recruitment platform that allows users to manage all recruitment activity from one dashboard for a low fixed cost fee. Ask The Experts is a content marketing service for recruitment technology and innovation, and an online discussion forum promoting technical innovations and new and emerging technologies within engineering and business.

A. Person is based in Milton Keynes and has a passion for helping others find their dream job and matching them with the perfect company.

A Product Manager would usually have a BA Hons in Marketing from Bournemouth University. They may also have gone to Ratcliffe College.

Product Manager reports to Robert Streeter, VP Product. Product Manager works with Mike Coughlan - Customer Success Director, Chris Carpenter - Performance Marketing Manager, and Nadia Puspitarini - Marketing Executive.
