Gilberto Martinez has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field, with a strong focus on electrical engineering and hardware design. Gilberto has held various roles at prominent companies such as Smart Wires Inc., Medtronic, Motorola Solutions, Motorola Mobility, Raltron Electronics, and the Telecommunications Company of Cuba (ETECSA). Throughout their career, Gilberto has led diverse projects and teams, conducted in-depth investigations to resolve technical challenges, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Gilberto has played key roles in failure analysis, complaint investigations, and the design and testing of electronic subsystems. Gilberto's expertise lies in providing technical support, implementing corrective actions, and documenting product field failures.

Gilberto Martinez completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Institute Polytechnic Jose A. Echeverria (ISPJAE) from 1992 to 1998. In 2010, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola Solutions.
