Rachel Gilfrin

Rachel Gilfrin is a certified Confidence & REBT Mindset Coach who has worked with various companies in roles such as Client Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Currently, Rachel is working as a Confidence Coach at Rachel Harriet Coaching and also volunteers at Smart Works Charity to support women in building confidence for employment. Prior to their coaching roles, Rachel worked within the retail division of CMS Distribution, specializing in consumer electronic brands like Fitbit, SanDisk, Energizer, and DJI. Rachel also has experience as an Energy Co-ordinator at CNG Ltd.
