Dr. Yannick Timo Böge

Dr. Yannick Timo Böge's work experience includes serving as the Co-Founder/CSO of Smart4Diagnostics GmbH since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Laboratory at TRIGA-S Scientific Solutions from December 2016 to August 2018 and as a Contractor at Roche during the same period. Dr. Yannick Timo also worked as a Consultant at WMC Healthcare GmbH from April 2016 to November 2016. Dr. Böge's earlier experience includes working as a Post-Doc at UniversitätsSpital Zürich from April 2015 to October 2015, a PhD Student from October 2010 to March 2015, and a Scientific Associate (Master Student) from September 2009 to September 2010. Dr. Yannick Timo began their career as a Scientific Associate (Bachelor Student) at Universität zu Lübeck from March 2008 to December 2008.

Dr. Yannick Timo Böge has a strong educational background with a focus on molecular biology. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Molecular Life Science from Universität zu Lübeck. Dr. Yannick Timo then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Molecular Biology at the University of Zurich, which they completed in 2010. Dr. Böge went on to earn their PhD (Dr. sc.nat.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Zurich in 2015.

Throughout their career, Dr. Böge has also sought additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Dr. Yannick Timo obtained a certification in Data Protection in Healthcare - Working with Patient Data from TÜV SüD in December 2020. In September 2021, they completed a certification in Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market offered by HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX. In 2021, they attended two short-term programs focused on digital transformation and building digital partnerships and ecosystems at INSEAD and the University of Augsburg, respectively.

Looking toward the future, Dr. Böge is scheduled to pursue a program on Digital Transformation in Healthcare: Innovation, Strategies, and Processes at Imperial College Business School from 2022 to 2023. Dr. Yannick Timo has also recently obtained a certification in Cybersecurity in Healthcare from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in November 2022, and another certification in Cybersecurity - IT-Security for medical devices from TÜV SüD in February 2023.
