Dave Steele has over 20 years of work experience. Dave began their career in 1998 as a National Data Strategy Manager at MCI- Worldcom. In 2007, they joined Verizon as a Sr Staff Consultant - QAR Manager Verizon Plus and a Project Manager Alternate Channel Development. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing Program Manager - Customer Experience - Verizon Operations, where they designed and executed Program Management strategies and communications across platforms. In 2020, they joined Trendline Interactive as an Account Supervisor. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Experience Specialist at SmartAction.
Dave Steele received a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Fort Lewis College in 1997, having studied Communications and Media Studies from 1992 to 1997.
