JOB SUMMARY :

Smartapp is a no code project collaboration and integrated project management platform allowing businesses to configure and deploy mobile and web ready applications to manage and monitor projects.

Implementation lead ensure the successful implementation and completion of projects. It's the responsibility of the implementation lead to understand the client’s scope of work and translate that into configuration and apps through the smartapp platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

l Coordinate and assimilate requirements for project setup

l Understand business processes , define attributes and map business processes in projects through Smartapp

l Interact and liaison with customer users and the internal team

l Implement the mapped business process and demonstrate to customers with their data.

l Ensure highest quality of the software delivery to clients

l Conduct product training and hand hold the customer on working procedures

l Ensure completion of project delivery milestones  as per schedule

l Create the required implementation documents (Scope document, Configuration document, UAT).

l Help define the scope of customization, Iterate and deliver

l Provide product demos and help the sales team in securing deals

l Assist the development team by providing inputs for product development

l Analyze Activity in a project and provide regular feedback to the clients

 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION :

l 6+ years of proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist. Preferably in Construction Project Management Software, P6/MSP, Any lean Last planning tool. 

l Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
