Kelley Fowler

Kelley Fowler serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Public Relations for SmartBank. Kelley has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry and is responsible for overseeing the direction of SmartBank’s marketing and public relations efforts, as well as developing strategies to support specialized retail efforts. Kelley is a founding associate of SmartBank, joining the company while the bank was still under organization in January 2007. She has progressively been promoted for her achievements during her tenure. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Keep Sevier Beautiful where she is also a member of the Executive Committee and former Board Chair. Kelley served on the Leadership Sevier Board of Directors from 2013-2015 and is a graduate of both Leadership Tomorrow (2005) and Leadership Sevier (2012).
