Gregory Hanson has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Gregory started their career at Gordon College, where they worked as a Technology Support Center Manager from September 2005 to October 2008. Following this, they joined Net Atlantic, initially as the Manager of Support Services from October 2008 to December 2010, where they oversaw technical support, customer service, and other departments. Gregory then transitioned to the role of Lead Sales Engineer from December 2010 to January 2013, where they managed all sales engineering activities and provided professional services for clients. Afterward, they joined SmartBear Software in January 2013 as the VP of Presales and Customer Adoption, where they led the sales engineering, customer adoption and success, and sales enablement departments, focusing on ensuring a seamless customer journey and equipping the sales team to effectively assist clients. In addition to their professional roles, Gregory also pursued their passion as a Tenor from August 2003 to October 2010.

Gregory Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Gordon College.
