Micheal Higgins is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect and previously as a Senior Technical Product Manager at SmartBear since September 2018, Micheal has demonstrated expertise in product management and architecture across multiple companies. Prior roles include Principal Technical Product Manager at KEMP Technologies, Manager of Enterprise Solutions Architecture at CloudSigma, and Senior Vice President of I/T at Advanced Innovations Ltd., where Micheal specialized in virtual supply chain management utilizing Oracle software. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Higgins & Foley Ltd. and Dell Computer Ireland, as well as significant contributions to e-commerce development at Netscape Communications. Micheal holds a Master’s degree in Particle Physics from San Diego State University.
