Tom Salah

Tom Salah has a diverse work experience in the sales and management field. Tom started their career as an Inside Account Manager at PTC in September 2012 and later became an Account Manager in May 2013. In September 2014, they joined SmartBear as an Account Executive for Northern California and APAC, and later became the Manager of Applications Testing in January 2016. Tom continued to progress in their career at SmartBear, taking on roles such as Director of Sales in January 2019, Vice President of Sales in July 2020, and Senior Vice President of Sales in January 2022. Tom is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at SmartBear since April 2023. Additionally, they have worked as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital since March 2022.

Tom Salah completed the Vista High Potential Leadership Program in 2023, a Vista Equity Partners acceleration program for future CxOs. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University. Additionally, they obtained a Testcomplete Certification from SmartBear in 2020.
