Diamond M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diamond started their career at Ross Stores, Inc. as a Cashier Customer Service representative from December 2016 to August 2018. Diamond then worked as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo from July 2019 to April 2020. Concurrently, in 2019, they also served as a Program Editor at Big Facts Radio from February 2019 to February 2021.

In 2020, Diamond M. started working at the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Loan Specialist from July 2020 to December 2020. Diamond then took on multiple roles at different companies simultaneously. At SmartBiz, they worked as an Account Manager from December 2020 to May 2023 and then transitioned to the position of Senior Account Executive in March 2023. At Syncing Syllabi, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer since August 2020.

Additionally, Diamond M. has been involved with California State University, Fresno since 2016. Diamond served as a Peer Advisor from August 2016 to August 2019, and during the summers, they worked as a Residential Advisor for the Cross-Cultural and Gender Center Retreats. In this role, they supervised peer mentors and incoming students in a residential setting and maintained communication with various university staff. Diamond also worked as a Graphic Designer (Seasonal) from August 2016 to July 2019.

Diamond M. completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from California State University, Fresno from 2015 to 2020. In August 2019, they also obtained a CPR & AED certification from the same institution. They are currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California, starting in 2020.
