Maggie Liu, CPA, CMA, MBA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at SmartCentres REIT since October 2018, Maggie leads the corporate accounting team, overseeing month-end activities, consolidated financial reporting, budget management, and investment projects. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Accountant at Dream, where Maggie managed month-end closing and financial reporting, and Director of the Financial Accounting Department at China Community Commercial Investment Co. Ltd. Maggie’s background also includes significant experience at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, debt management, and IFRS compliance.
