Melissa Elliott

Melissa Elliott is an experienced property manager with a strong background in commercial property management and business development. Currently serving as a Property Manager at SmartCentres REIT since April 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Manager, Commercial Property & Business Development at ICR Commercial Real Estate Saskatchewan from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Melissa gained extensive experience at Colliers International as a Property Manager and at Dream Office Management (Sask) Corp. as an Assistant Property Manager, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, rent collection, tenant improvements, and managing tenant requests. Melissa began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Boardwalk Apartments, managing daily office operations and tenant leasing.
