Keely M. began their work experience in 2014 as a Production Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Runaway Productions. During their time there, they developed and implemented a social media strategy, managed payroll and paperwork for cast and crew members, and created and updated call logs and scheduled reports. In 2016, they moved on to Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services, where they held the position of Event Services Manager. In this role, they coordinated and managed events in various areas, tabulated event rates, processed vendor invoices, and created client contracts. Most recently, in 2019, Keely joined Smart City Networks as a Customer Sales & Service Manager. Their responsibilities at this company include maintaining customer satisfaction, managing staff and training, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Keely M. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Chico.
