Sunita Bisht

Sunita Bisht's work experience includes a role as a Senior Human Resources Associate at smartData Enterprises Inc. since May 2022. In this position, they are responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, talent management, onboarding, grievance handling, payroll management, and more. Sunita also oversees a team of 100+ employees and maintains important databases. Prior to this, Sunita held the position of Human Resources Associate at smartData Enterprises Inc. since February 2020, where they focused on talent acquisition, recruitment cycle management, resume sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and off-campus drives. Sunita was also involved in training and development activities and employee engagement initiatives. Before joining smartData, Sunita gained experience as an HR Intern at UNO MINDA Group in June and July 2019.

Sunita Bisht began their education by completing their 12th Board from Aryaman Vikram Birla Institute of Learning, Haldwani with a focus on PCM. From 2015 to 2018, they attended GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree. Following that, Sunita pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY, which they completed between 2018 and 2020.
