Zahra Shadkam

Zahra Shadkam is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the ad network and fintech industries. Currently at Smartech since February 2022, Zahra specializes in Real-Time Bidding technology and has significantly contributed to the development of Ads Digikala SearchAds. Previously, at Hoodad Tech from February 2020 to January 2022, Zahra managed the fintech mobile software project Paydaa, a micro-investment platform, and served as an OKR Master overseeing multiple teams. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Product Manager at MobinOne Kish Co. and as a Sales Specialist at Telka. Zahra holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with a focus on economic and social systems from Islamic Azad University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
