Prithvi Shergill

Prithvi Shergill has worked in various roles in the field of workplace and workforce intelligence since 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Founder, Advisor, Investor, Researcher, and Ideapreneur for Ventures augmenting workplace and workforce intelligence. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for entomo, where they aspired to refine and expand the solutions that impact the agenda on how people in Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises in Asia, Middle East, Japan and the Americas perform, engage, nudge, act and grow. Prithvi also took on the roles of Chief Business Officer, Offering & Channel Growth and Chief Business Officer, Growth (and Digital) Markets, as well as Chief Business Officer, People Practices & Platforms. From 2017 to 2019, they were Co-Founder and Chief Human Resources Officer for Smarten Spaces. From 2017 to 2019, they were Co Founder and Executive Partner for Tomorrow, which was merged with entomo in June 2019. From 2012 to 2017, they were Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior Corporate Vice President, Organization Effectiveness for HCL Technologies. From 2004 to 2012, they were Partner for Accenture. From 2003 to 2004, they were Director, Human Capital for Consistel. From 2002 to 2003, they were Director, Rewards & People Effectiveness for Singtel. From 2000 to 2002, they were Vice President, Talent Management for Vsource. From 1990 to 2000, they were Regional Director for AT&T.

Prithvi Shergill attended the Lawrence School Sanawar from 1981-1985 and obtained a Central Board of Secondary Education degree. Prithvi then attended the University of Mumbai from 1985-1990 and obtained a Bachelor in Commerce and an MBA in Business/Commerce, General.
