Shmulik Kachlon

Shmulik (Sam) Kachlon is an experienced technology leader and entrepreneur currently serving as the CTO and Co-founder of Smarter City Solutions since December 2015, specializing in digital parking technology. Previously, Kachlon held the position of General Manager of Digital Banking at Sandstone Technology, overseeing product management and technology innovation. Other notable roles include Executive Manager of Architecture for Digital Channels at Commonwealth Bank, Director of Engineering for Biometrics at Morpho Australasia Pty Ltd, and R&D Manager at Argus Global, focusing on identity management solutions.
