Kleine Abrugena

Kleine Abrugena is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Development Manager at Smarter Good, Inc., where responsibilities include leading clients' fundraising efforts and conducting in-depth research on their fundraising landscapes. Prior to this role, Kleine held several positions at the World Youth Alliance, including Regional Director, where the Annual Strategic Plan for the Asia Pacific was developed, and Director of Operations, managing various programs and compliance aspects. Additionally, at the Philippine Red Cross, Kleine served as the Interim National Project Coordinator for the Red Ready project and worked on various roles focusing on monitoring, evaluation, and response activities during crises. Kleine holds a Master’s degree in Community Development from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University.
