Marvin Cruz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in program development, monitoring, and evaluation, and administrative management. Currently serving as the Associate Development Manager at Smarter Good, Inc. since September 2022, Marvin previously held the position of Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Commission On Higher Education from February 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading the monitoring and evaluation system for the Scholarships for Graduate Studies grant.
