Yit Ming Liaw

Yit Ming Liaw has extensive work experience in various industries, with a focus on healthcare and investment. In 2004, they worked as a Corporate Finance Consultant at BDO Capital Consultants. Yit Ming later joined Mayban Ventures Sdn Bhd in 2006 as a Senior Investment Analyst. From 2008 to 2012, Yit Ming Liaw was a Vice President at Khazanah Nasional, where they played a role in the successful take private of Parkway Health Limited and Mitsui & Co's investment. In 2013, they joined IHH Healthcare Bhd as the Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development, responsible for the overall corporate strategy and growth opportunities. Yit Ming Liaw co-founded Smarter Me Pte. Ltd. in 2017, a trusted platform for parents and students to search, book, and pay for classes. Yit Ming also co-founded Smarter Health Pte. Ltd., an online health platform connecting patients to specialist doctors in Malaysia and Singapore. Currently, Yit Ming Liaw serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Foundation Healthcare Holdings from March 2023 onwards.

Yit Ming Liaw obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2002. The degree was a Dual Honors in Accounting and Financial Management and Business Studies.
