Jeremiah Williams is currently a Project Manager at Smarter Systems. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at Xerox from June 2010 to January 2017. In that role, they handled escalations from account holders, resolved inquires, and corrected errors. Jeremiah also used selling techniques to add value and provide leads for sales personnel. Jeremiah provided training for new recruits, sharing experience, knowledge and encouragement. Jeremiah coached individual Client Representatives to meet metrics while providing an encouraging setting. Jeremiah supervised a team of 15 or more members, conducted team meetings, monitored statistics to provide feedback for the growth of each individual representative. Jeremiah also innovated, presented and implemented new ideas to reach Corporate Goals. Prior to Xerox, Jeremiah was a Client Specialist at Sprint from April 2003 to June 2010.
Jeremiah Williams has a certification from AVIXA as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). Jeremiah also has a certification from the NORTH CAROLINA NOTARY ASSOCIATION as a Notary Public. Additionally, they have a certification from SMART Technologies as a Smart Certified individual. Finally, Jeremiah Williams has a certification from Biamp in Tesira FORTE Certification.
