Oleksii Dalichuk

Oleksii Dalichuk has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Oleksii is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Smarter AI, where they oversee the software development team. Prior to this, they were the Head of Software Engineering at Smarter AI. Oleksii also has experience as a Software Development Manager at SQUAD, Ring Ukraine, and EnvisionTEC, where they were responsible for managing development teams and implementing software solutions. At EnvisionTEC, they achieved notable accomplishments such as creating a team for new product development and setting up a stable SCRUM-based development process. Before that, they worked as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at EnvisionTEC, where they led various software development projects and collaborated with higher management. Oleksii also has experience as a Software Engineer at Materialise and GlobalLogic, where they contributed to the development of software solutions for networking devices and implemented hardware-dependent software. Oleksii started their career as an Intern and Engineer at Techn. University of Kaiserslautern / TU, where they worked on FPGA-implemented platforms and developed hardware-dependent software.

Oleksii Dalichuk's education history includes a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dnipro University of Technology, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, they attended RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied Electronics Design Automation. Oleksii also possesses additional certifications, including one in Scalability & System Design for Developers from Educative, Inc., obtained in November 2021, and another in Project and People Management from Stratoplan.Ru, obtained in June 2018.
