Zofia Ashmore

Zofia Ashmore serves as a Senior Learning Partner at SmartestEnergy since July 2023, following a role as Talent Development Manager at Intermediate Capital Group from January to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Principal, Talent Development at EBRD and Learning and Development Partner at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Zofia Ashmore’s extensive background in learning and talent development was further developed during a tenure at the University of Greenwich, which included roles as Learning and Talent Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager. Earlier career positions were held at King's College London in various roles focused on organizational development and HR. Zofia Ashmore holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, a Higher Education Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling and Organisational Dynamics from Birkbeck, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Consulting and Leading in Organisations from Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. Zofia Ashmore earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
