Emma Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma began their career at Shoot Experience as a Creative Assistant for Photography Creative Events. Emma then worked at Endemol as an IP Rights Assistant & Data Researcher before moving on to Love Productions as a Production Manager for the show "Baby Borrowers on Holiday" on CHANNEL 5. Emma also had roles at the BBC, where they worked as a Production Coordinator, Assistant to the Head of Entertainment, Executive Editor of Ents & Head of Ents Development, Assistant Producer for Red Button Glastonbury & Reading Festival, and Broadcast Assistant for various shows.

Emma also served as the E-commerce Label Account Manager for Island Records, Monster Products (UK & Europe), UMTV, and eBay, where they managed store operations and ensured product availability.
At Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, Emma was the Online Sales Manager Consultant for the EMEA region, leading the strategy and development of the Fender Play App subscription service.
Emma's involvement in the arts and culture sector includes working as a Tech Champion for eCommerce & Merchandising at Arts Council England, where they supported the digital maturity of organizations in the sector. Currently, they are the Head of eCommerce at Smartify, responsible for launching a new eCommerce marketplace for the Smartify museum app, focusing on content-led commerce and building partnerships with museums and suppliers.
